Shipping
Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, peak seasons or promotional periods may experience a slight delay.
Shipping Costs
Every Nord order comes with free worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, standard shipping is always on us, with no additional shipping costs.
Kindly note that for orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Returns
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to try the product. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it, even if it has been lightly used. All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return method and the return shipping costs. To ensure your return reaches us securely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Return or Exchange

Refunds
Once your return makes its way back to us, we'll verify the items. If everything looks good, we'll get your refund moving. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email as soon as it's done. After that, your bank may just need a few extra days to reflect the balance in your account.
