Each scent is carefully crafted with the world's best ingredients — bold, refined, and made to last. Application is simple: just swipe your finger over the balm and apply it onto your skin. Because the formulas are highly concentrated, alcohol-free, and free from harsh chemicals, you experience a powerful, lasting perfume without compromise.

Swapping scents takes just a second, making it effortless to match your perfume to your mood or the occasion. One scent lasts just as long as a regular 50ml perfume bottle (up to 5 months). When your scent runs out, simply click in a new refill without having to replace the case. This means less waste, and you only pay for the perfume you actually use.

    Traditional perfumes often rely on harsh synthetics and up to 90% alcohol that can dry or irritate the skin. Nord features a skin-friendly balm, made with natural ingredients like waxes and butters, ensuring it feels just as good as it smells.
  3. Nord's perfume comes in refillable pods.
    You only pay for what you use, and when the scent runs out, you can easily click in a new refill. The pods are made of recyclable metal, making the waste impact of using Nord nearly zero. We’re committed to making our impact even smaller and helping create a greener future.

One refill lasts about 3 to 5 months with daily use and around four applications per day. This is equivalent to the usage of a traditional 50ml bottle of perfume.

The scent lasts up to 6 hours on the skin, depending on the fragrance, your skin type, and the environment. Thanks to the sleek, travel-friendly case, it is effortless to carry with you and reapply whenever you need a touch-up throughout the day.

No, our perfume balm is built to stay solid, even in warmer temperatures or when carried in your pocket. With a melting point of 65°C (150°F), it’s able to hold up in most conditions.

For optimal fragrance performance, we recommend using the balm at room temperature. To protect the product and preserve its effectiveness, avoid exposing it to extreme heat, like direct sunlight or inside a hot vehicle.

With Nord, we aim to promote sustainability and reduce pollution in three ways:

  1. Nord is refillable, which minimizes the production of packaging. As a result, the waste generated from using our product is nearly zero.
  2. Nord does not use plastic in its packaging. Only biodegradable materials are used, helping to minimize waste and pollution. The box containing the scent and case is even made from a compostable by-product.
  3. Nord's scents are formulated without harsh chemicals. Many common cosmetic additives can cause significant environmental harm, we’ve made a conscious choice to leave them out. This commitment to clean ingredients ensures our perfumes are as gentle on the planet as they are on your skin.

Simply swipe your finger over the solid balm to lightly warm and pick up the perfume. Then, apply it directly onto your pulse points, such as your wrists, neck, or behind your ears. The natural warmth of your skin will activate the scent and help it project beautifully.

Because the case is designed for everyday carry, you can easily keep it in your pocket or bag to reapply whenever you want.

Setting up your Nord solid perfume is quick and effortless:

  1. Unbox the case: Start with the box labeled "Case." Slide off the outer sleeve and open the packaging to reveal your new metal case. To open it, simply rotate the lid using the smooth twisting mechanism.
  2. Unbox the scent: Next, take your chosen scent from the box labeled "Fragrance." Remove the scent pod from its packaging and slide off the protecting sleeve to reveal the solid balm inside.
  3. Click in the scent: Take the open case and your unwrapped scent pod. Simply put the pod into the case until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the pod sits perfectly flush with the edge of the case.
  4. Apply & go: You're now ready to use your perfume! Swipe your finger over the solid balm and apply it to your pulse points. Repeat as many times as you like.

The best way to store Nord is, of course, in its metal case. However, if you ordered more than one scent, have spare refills, or frequently swap between scents, we highly recommend storing the scent pods in their original packaging. Keep them covered and store them in a cool, dry place. This ensures the perfume maintains its quality and performance over time.

We currently do not offer samples. Instead, we offer a 14-day risk-free trial and here's why:

A small sample doesn't give you enough time to truly experience a scent. Perfume develops differently depending on your skin, environment, and routine. The trial period gives you 14 days to wear Nord in your daily life and decide if it's right for you. If it's not, you can return it hassle-free.

For deliveries outside of the EU, Nord does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

It’s simple: Order the scents and cases you’d like to try. Once they arrive, you have 14 days to test them out — wherever and whenever you like. Not completely satisfied with a scent or a case? Simply return them to us for a full refund. You only cover the return shipping; we take care of all other costs, including original shipping and handling. Yes, you can! You have the option to either exchange the item for a different one, or return it for a refund. If you opt for a refund and only keep part of a bundle, we will recalculate the bundle discount based on the items you keep and process your refund accordingly.

Once your return makes its way back to us, we'll verify the items. If everything looks good, we'll get your refund moving. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email as soon as it's done. After that, your bank may just need a few extra days to reflect the balance in your account.
